What happens after you send the form
1. We read it fast. Emergencies are triaged first, anything marked urgent, or describing sparks, burning smells or a flat with no power, jumps the queue.
2. You get a straight answer. We reply with an honest arrival window and what the diagnosis will cost, before anyone sets off. No surprise call-out maths at the door, our price guide shows the ranges we work to.
3. A licensed electrician turns up. Every job is done by EMA-licensed workers, island-wide, HDB, condo, landed and commercial premises alike.
